1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting a sample to Pearsey for testing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Pearsey ("we," "us," or "our"), a testing laboratory operating out of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

2. Description of Services

Pearsey provides independent analytical testing of peptide and chemical samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). Our services include:

We are an independent testing laboratory. We do not manufacture, distribute, sell, or endorse any compounds, products, or vendors. Pearsey has no financial interest in, ownership of, or affiliation with any company, website, or individual that sells, distributes, or markets peptides or research chemicals.

3. No Affiliation & No Sales

Pearsey does not sell peptides or research chemicals. We are strictly an analytical testing laboratory. We have no affiliation — financial, operational, or otherwise — with any vendor, retailer, website, or business that sells or distributes peptides or research chemicals. Any third party linking to our published results does so independently; such links do not constitute a partnership, endorsement, or any form of affiliation.

To be explicit:

4. Research Use Only — No Encouragement of Human Use

Important: Pearsey does not encourage, condone, or facilitate the use of research chemicals or peptides for human or animal consumption. Our testing services are provided strictly for analytical and informational purposes. Our results are not intended to constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, regulatory certification, or approval of any compound for human or animal use.

Pearsey expressly disclaims any intent to promote, enable, or support the sale or use of research chemicals for human consumption. The publication of analytical results is a scientific record only — it is not a safety certification, a recommendation for use, or an endorsement of any product.

By submitting a sample or using our published results, you affirm that:

5. Sample Submissions

Client Responsibilities

When submitting a sample, you agree to:

Sample Handling

Pearsey will handle submitted samples with reasonable professional care. Samples may be consumed, altered, or destroyed in the course of testing. We do not guarantee the return of any submitted sample. Remaining sample material, if any, will be disposed of unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, return, or decline to test any sample at our sole discretion, including but not limited to samples we believe to be improperly labeled, potentially hazardous without adequate disclosure, or associated with unlawful activity.

6. Test Results & Published Data

Publication

By submitting a sample, you authorize Pearsey to publish the analytical results — including compound name, batch identifier, purity percentage, and test methodology — to our public website. This is the core function of our service. If you do not wish for results to be published, do not submit a sample.

Attribution

By default, your name, company name, and contact information are not published with results. If you request named attribution, you grant us permission to include that information alongside the batch record.

Permanence

Published batch results are intended to be permanent public records. We reserve the right to remove or correct results in cases of documented error, but we are not obligated to remove results at client request once published.

Linking

You are permitted and encouraged to link to your published batch pages from your own website, product listings, or marketing materials, provided such linking is not misleading and does not misrepresent the nature or scope of the results.

7. Accuracy & Limitations

Our results reflect the analytical findings from the specific sample provided to us on the date of testing. Results are subject to the inherent limitations of HPLC and LC-MS methodology and the condition of the sample as received.

Pearsey makes no warranty, express or implied, that results from a tested sample are representative of any other batch, lot, or quantity of the same compound, whether from the same or a different source.

We are not responsible for any conclusions drawn from our results beyond what is explicitly stated in the published report.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pearsey and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific testing service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pearsey and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, layout, and methodology descriptions — is the property of Pearsey and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Published batch result data is made available for public reference. You may reproduce individual batch result summaries for factual, non-commercial reference purposes, provided you attribute the source as Pearsey and link back to the original batch page.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or conduct we determine to be harmful to our reputation or operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
