Sample Submission Information

When you visit our website, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for site security and aggregate analytics and is not linked to your identity.

Published Test Results
When a batch result is published to our website, we display the compound name, batch identifier, purity data, and test methodology. By default, we do not publish your name, company name, or contact information alongside results unless you explicitly request that attribution be included.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Service Providers
We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as our web hosting provider or email service) strictly as needed to operate our business. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of any person.

We retain contact and submission records for as long as necessary to fulfill our testing obligations and maintain accurate scientific records. Published batch results are retained indefinitely as part of our public testing archive.
You may request deletion of your personal contact information at any time (see Section 6). Note that published batch results containing no personally identifying information will remain part of the public record.

You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal contact data (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
- Opt-out — withdraw consent for any non-essential communication

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is a static informational site. We do not currently use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or persistent tracking cookies. Standard session data from your browser may be temporarily stored as part of normal web browsing but is not used to build a profile of you.
